HEALTH BENEFITS OF FRUIT/VEGGIE SMOOTHIES

Fruits/Veggie smoothie can be an easy way to nourish your body with essential nutrients, boost your metabolism, help you loose some weight, pep up
your sex drive to give you and your significant other that out of this world pleasure and provide you with benefits that will keep you on the right track towards good health. Now check my recipe for different types of smoothie and their benefits:

The green weight loss smoothie:

11/2 cups almond milk
1 handful spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 avocado
3/4 cup diced pineapple
juice from 1 lemon
1 cup ice
Blend and enjoy




The Aphrodisiac  (warning 18+ and strictly for couples, make at your own risk)

1 cup almond milk (tigernut milk is also great, soak overnight if dried, blend in water and sift)
1 cup water ( or another cup of almond milk if you want it creamier)
3 figs ( fresh or dried, you can soak to soften)
1/4 avocado
1/2 tsp fresh chopped ginger
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
a pinch of cayenne
